Dún Sí at St Marnock's Bay, a new development of contemporary-style homes in Portmarnock, is billed at mid-market buyers who want to live near the seaside yet be within a 20-minute Dart commute of Dublin city centre.
The scheme, which is a five-minute drive from the Velvet Strand and a three-minute walk from Portmarnock Dart station, was launched in March by Patrick Durkan's D|Res Properties. It's located at Station Road, beside the St Marnock's Bay development released by the Ballymore Group in 2017.
More than 80 homes have been sold at Dún Sí since the March release of houses and June release of apartments and duplexes. Some 20 three- and four-bed houses will go on the market at the development tomorrow.
Prices in the upcoming release start at €500,000 for a three-bed mid-terraced house spanning 1,279 sq ft and at €540,000 for an end-of-terrace three-bed measuring 1,376 sq ft. Prices for the first four-bed semi-detached homes to be built at Dún Sí start at €575,000, with the new house type extending over 1,413 sq ft. A four-bed mid-terraced design with 1,636 sq ft of space will be available at €600,000, while the 1,744-sq ft, four-bed end-of-terrace type costs from €655,000.
Viewings at Dún Sí will take place from 2pm to 4pm tomorrow and Sunday.
